NOVELTY - Liquid metal-reduced graphene oxide nanodroplet anode material comprises liquid nanometal cores and reduced graphene oxide shells wrapped around the liquid metal cores, where the reduced graphene oxide shell is prepared by performing in-situ reduction and self-assembly of graphene oxide on the surface of liquid metal nanodroplets, and liquid metal comprises gallium or a gallium-based alloy, and the melting point is ≯ 200°C. USE - The material is useful for room temperature liquid metal batteries (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material: has high core-shell structure stability, large reversible charge/discharge specific capacity, and excellent rate performance and stable cycle performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the liquid metal-reduced graphene oxide nanodroplet nanodroplet anode material by dispersing the liquid metal in alcohol, and mixing liquid metal-reduced graphene oxide nanodroplets with core-shell structure with acetylene black and polyvinylidene difluoride to be slurried and uniformly coating on the stainless steel current collector.
