NOVELTY - Preparing graphene particles comprises mixing graphene powder with a polar solvent containing the binder uniformly, sieving the mixture and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene particles. ADVANTAGE - The graphene particles has uniform structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) graphite particle, comprising graphite and a binder with mass ratio of 1:1-1:0.1, the grain diameter of the graphite particles is 30-50 meshes and density is 1-2 g/cm3, and prepared by above method; (2) preparing graphene sheet, comprising extruding the graphite particle in the screw extruding device, where the screw extruding device extruding speed is 60-120 revolutions/minute, preferably 80-100 revolutions/minute, and the extruding temperature is 180-240 degrees C, preferably 185-230 degrees C; and (3) graphene particles preparing device, comprising a kettle body, a stirring device, a powder spraying device and a liquid atomization device, the stirring device, powder spraying device, and liquid atomization device are set on the kettle body and connected with the kettle, the powder spraying device is used for spraying graphite powder into the reactor chamber, the liquid atomization device is meant for spraying polar solvent containing binder into the reactor chamber, and the stirring device is used for stirring the material in the kettle cavity.
