NOVELTY - Preparing iron(III) oxide-hydroxide/graphene oxide composite material comprises mixing suspension of iron oxyhydroxide-suspension and graphene oxide with ratio of 1:1-2, and compounding by hydrothermal method after dispersing. USE - The method is useful for preparing iron(III) oxide-hydroxide/graphene oxide composite material (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for use method iron(III) oxide-hydroxide/graphene oxide comprises adding 0.5-5 g iron(III) oxide-hydroxide/graphene oxide and adsorbing material into 1000 ml of waste water containing 10-60 mg/l concentration p-chlorophenol, using thermostat shaker, controlling water temperature at 25 degrees C, reacting for 3 hours using wastewater filter, where the removal rate of p-chlorophenol is 87-93.2 wt.% and the concentration of p-chlorophenol in effluent is 1.3-5.2 mg/l and the adsorption amount is 11-17.4 mg/l.
