▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing bionic self-adaptive winding wear-resistant sensor comprises (i) spin-coating polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) polymer solution on the surface of the clean glass sheet and heating and solidifying to obtain the PDMS substrate, (ii) spin-coating phenolic resin polymer solution, drying at room temperature, (iii) using laser induced technology to prepare laser induced graphene of snake-shaped electrode pattern on the phenol resin film, using absolute ethyl alcohol to wash to remove the redundant phenolic resin, (iv) spinning coating a layer of an Eco-flex silica gel precursor polymer, vacuum removing bubbles, heating and curing, (v) connecting the lead to the wiring of the snake electrode in step (vi) and coating silver paste for heating curing to prepare a pre-stretched Ecoflex silicon film. USE - Preparation method of bionic self-adaptive winding wear-resistant sensor used for monitoring micro-change of diameter of plant stalk and application. ADVANTAGE - The prepared self-adaptive strain sensor has low preparation cost, simple preparation process, high strain sensitivity, and can be used for monitoring the diameter micro-change of plant stalk. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic diagram of the pattern used in the preparation of snake-shaped laser-induced graphene on a phenolic resin film by laser-induced technology.
