NOVELTY - Producing carbon nanotube-graphene composite, comprises preparing a mixture of graphene oxide and catalyst, and heat-treating at 600-900 degrees C in an inert atmosphere to obtain carbon nanotube from catalyst distributed on surface of oxidized graphene. The heat-treating step comprises heat-treating the mixture, and vaporizing carbon of the oxidized graphene. The vaporized carbon is formed into carbon nanotube from the catalyst. USE - The method is useful for producing carbon nanotube-graphene composite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces carbon nanotube-graphene composite having excellent electric conductivity and electron mobility, and avoids generation of toxic gases and so is environmentally friendly.
