▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A water-based bi-component epoxy paint comprises a component A and a component B. The component A comprises 20-40 parts by mass zinc powder, 10-15 parts by mass film-forming auxiliary agent, 0.2-0.8 parts by mass dispersing agent, 0.4-0.8 parts by mass thickening agent, 0.5-1 parts by mass anti-settling agent and 5-10 parts by mass curing agent. Component B comprises 20-50 parts by mass epoxy resin, 1-5 parts by mass graphene oxide slurry, 0.1- 0.5 parts by mass anti-flash rust agent and 12-15 parts by mass water. The mass ratio of component A to component B is 0.8: 1-1.5: 1. USE - As anticorrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous bi-component epoxy anticorrosive paint having low zinc powder content and low volatile organic matter content, is prepared by a simple preparation process. The coating has excellent anticorrosive performance, high density, improved adhesive force and excellent impact resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of water-based two-component epoxy paint. The method involves uniformly mixing zinc powder, film forming aid, dispersing agent, thickening agent, anti-settling agent and curing agent to form component A, followed by preparing component B by uniformly mixing epoxy resin, graphene oxide slurry, an anti-flash rust agent and water, and then subpackaging. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows the appearance picture of the epoxy anticorrosive paint film obtained after resisting neutral salt mist for 720 hours.
