NOVELTY - The meter has a glass substrate (1) connected with a mass block (2) that is fixed with an external anchor point (9) by a folded beam (10), where a gap is formed between the mass block and the glass substrate for generating displacement along y-axis direction. Ends of a first transmission beam (4) and a second transmission beam (7) are fixed with an anchor point (12) that is fixed with a transmission structure (3). A first resonance beam (5) is fixed on the first transmission beam. A second resonance beam (8) is absorbed on the second transmission beam to form a dual-end clamped beam. USE - Graphene resonant characteristics based single-shaft acceleration meter. ADVANTAGE - The meter realizes differential detection of an acceleration signal, and improves measurement sensitivity and accuracy.
