▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The display panel has a substrate and a light emitting element (830) which includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and a light emitting layer between the first electrode and the second electrode. The first electrode is provided on the substrate. The light emitting layer is provided on the first electrode. The second electrode is provided on the light emitting layer. A protective layer (1150) is provided on the light emitting element and encapsulates the light emitting element. A graphene layer (1160) is provided on the protective layer. The graphene layer includes a graphene oxide. A pressure sensitive adhesive layer (1170) is provided on the graphene layer. The pressure sensitive adhesive layer is provided with a pressure sensitive adhesive. A macromolecule film (1180) is provided on the pressure sensitive adhesive layer, and having a first side which is adjacent to the pressure sensitive adhesive layer and a second side which is provided on a nano-pattern. USE - Display panel used in display device (claimed) such as a LCD, plasma display panel (PDP) device, organic LED (OLED) device, etc. ADVANTAGE - The display panels can be formed by a simple process and allow a display device to have improved light extraction efficiency, and has excellent moisture permeability resistance and a thin bezel. The light being trapped inside of a display panel or a display device can be reduced, and light extraction efficiency can be improved. The macromolecule film has excellent moisture permeability resistance and in turn, moisture permeability resistance of the encapsulation layer is improved. The graphene layer has excellent moisture permeability resistance even with a very thin thickness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a display device.
