▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A silicon carbon-based composite material preparation method involves adding 5-2 pts. wt. graphene powder to dilute acid, stirring for 2-72 hours, and ultrasonically dispersing for 560 minutes to form a single-layer scattered graphene solution. 0.1-1 pts. wt. silicon nanomaterial is added to the solution, and ball-milling is performed for 2-24 hours to form a stable suspension. Stable suspension is filtered to obtain a filtrate followed by washing and drying the filtrate to obtain a finished product. USE - Method for preparing silicon carbon-based composite material for use in a lithium ion battery and lithium ion battery positive pole piece (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has high energy density, lithium insertion characteristic, high safety performance and reserved expansion gap, and is unique in structure. The battery has low expansion ratio, high capacity, high cyclicity and prolonged service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a lithium ion battery comprising a battery shell, where the battery shell is internally provided with a battery core, the battery core comprises a diaphragm bag whose one end is opened, the diaphragm bag is equipped with a pole ear is positive pole piece, two adjacent membrane bags are provided with a pole ear, the battery core ends of the membrane bag are provided with single-face positive electrode sheet, the negative pole tab sheet is arranged on a side of the battery core, single-face positive electrode pole piece and pole ear of anode pole sheet is arranged on the other side of the battery core, the negative pole sheet is provided with upper and lower silicon comprising carbon-based composite material hybrid coating, the single-face positive electrode pole piece and the membrane bag is adhered to the first surface and the positive pole piece surfaces is provided with a positive electrode material (2) a lithium ion battery positive pole piece comprising a pole ear of cathode current collector, where the cathode current collector comprises silicon carbon-based composite material coating on the surfaces.
