NOVELTY - The optoelectronic component (200) has an electrically active region (204) that is provided with a pair of electrodes (206,210). An organic functional layer structure (208) is provided between the electrodes. A lens-shaped structure (216) is formed in a graphene layer (214) of light-refracting structure. The graphene layer is arranged outside the electrically active region. A planarizing layer is arranged on the graphene layer, such that the electrically active region is arranged on or over the planarizing layer. USE - Optoelectronic component such as OLED, photodiode, photo transistor and light sensor for solar cell, installed in integrated circuit. ADVANTAGE - Since the lens-shaped structure is formed in graphene layer of light-refracting structure, the light coupling or light uncoupling process of optoelectronic component can be enhanced. The manufacturing process of optoelectronic component can be simplified. Thus, inexpensive and straightforward graphene layer can be integrated into the manufacturing process of optoelectronic component.
