NOVELTY - Azobin base ink comprises 40-85 pts. wt. filter cake, 25-65 pts. wt. varnish, 5-22 pts. wt. mixed oil, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. demulsifier, 0.5-1 pts. wt. Vaseline(Petroleum gel), 2-5 pts. wt. expansion perlite powder, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. graphite powder, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. dispersant and 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. conductive powder. USE - Used as azobin base ink. ADVANTAGE - The ink: has high color saturation; adds demulsifier, which is good for kneading water, thus reduce the water content; adds graphite powder that can directly improve the light resistance of the ink, thus the ink maintains stable color after the light is visible; adds Vaseline(Petroleum gel) that itself cannot improve the color saturation of the base ink alone, but can assist the graphite to improve the conductive performance; adds expanded perlite powder to improve the adhesive force of the printing ink; adds epoxy resin, titanium pigment, curing agent and active silicon micro-powder to form mixed fluid environment, uniformly dispersing, fixing effect of graphene, makes the graphene to uniformly disperse in the mixed environment, stable, thus s each position point resistivity difference of ink after brush coating is not large. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the azobin base ink, comprising (i) determining the filter cake under wetting humidity in room temperature, placing the filter cake pigment into the kneading machine, slowly stirring for 20-30 hours, sampling, rubbing by hand, feeling whether there are hard particles, if the hand feeling is hard, adding water to wet until there is no obvious hard particles and wet material; (ii) carrying out first-stage kneading water outlet treatment, in the wet material obtained by sequentially, adding valve water, mixed oil, Vaseline (Petroleum gel)and demulsifier, controlling temperature at 65±3℃, stirring at uniform speed for 8-15 minutes to obtain the first-stage kneading material; (iii) carrying out secondary kneading water outlet treatment, under the one-stage kneading material obtained by sequentially, placing into expanded perlite powder, graphite powder and dispersing agent, controlling the temperature at 70±3℃, stirring at uniform speed for 10-18 min to obtain the secondary kneading material; (iv) adding conductive powder to the second-stage kneading material obtained in step (iii), controlling the temperature at 75±3℃, stirring at uniform speed for 5-8 minutes to obtain the three-stage kneading material; (v) vacuumizing and transferring color under vacuum state, heating to 110℃, maintaining for 30 minutes; (vi) sampling and comparing; and (vii) oiling and diluting.
