▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Making strip shaped graphene layer involves providing graphene film (30) on surface of substrate (20); drawing carbon nanotube film comprising carbon nanotube segments (411), each being parallel to each other and separated from each other by strip-shaped gap (412); disposing carbon nanotube composite (40) on the graphene film, where the composite comprises a carbon nanotube structure; applying voltage to the carbon nanotube structure; and etching the carbon nanotube segments and the graphene film covered by the carbon nanotube segments. USE - For making a strip shaped graphene layer (claimed) used on the semiconductor devices such as sensors, transistors, solar cells and thin film transistors. ADVANTAGE - The process ensures that a continuous, uniform, and free-standing drawn carbon nanotube film having predetermined width can be formed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A method for making a strip shaped graphene layer involves providing a graphene film (30) on a surface of a substrate (20); drawing at least one carbon nanotube film comprising carbon nanotube segments (411), each of the carbon nanotube segment being parallel to each other and separated from each other by a strip-shaped gap (412); disposing a carbon nanotube composite (40) on the graphene film, where the carbon nanotube composite comprises a carbon nanotube structure (400) embedded in a polymer material (60), the carbon nanotube structure comprises the carbon nanotube film; applying a voltage to the carbon nanotube structure to remove a portion of the polymer material to expose the carbon nanotube segments; etching the carbon nanotube segments and the graphene film covered by the carbon nanotube segments; and removing remaining portion of the polymer material. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The figure shows cross-sectional views of the method for making the strip shaped graphene layer.
