▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A cotton yarn with good stretch-proof effect comprises 40-45 pts. wt. cotton fiber, 8-15 pts. wt. spandex fiber, 15-20 pts. wt. Terylene (RTM: Polyethylene terephthalate) long fiber, 1-2 pts. wt. glass fiber, 0.2-1 pt. wt. adhesive long fiber, 1.5-3 pts. wt. graphene, 4-8 pts. wt. polypropylene and 1-2 pts. wt. glyceryl stearate. USE - Cotton yarn with good stretch-proof effect. ADVANTAGE - The cotton yarn with good stretch-proof effect has improved oxidation resistance and oil resistance due to use of spandex fiber, while maintaining the mildew-proof and washing proof performance. Using spandex fiber in the cotton fiber grinding wheel technique to blend, also increases the stretch-proof effect after forming the cotton yarn which improves the stability of the cotton yarn after molding. Adding glass fiber in the process of blending spandex fiber and cotton fiber, helps in increasing the lightness and stretch-proof effect which is better than the traditional cotton yarn.
