NOVELTY - A catalyst pattern is formed on the surface of a catalyst layer, and graphene is formed on the catalyst pattern. One surface of the bonding layer is coupled with the catalyst layer surface. A graphene pattern is formed on one surface of the bonding layer, and graphene pattern is peeled from the catalyst layer. Thus, graphene pattern is formed. USE - Formation of graphene pattern used for manufacturing electric equipment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically forms graphene pattern with high productivity, by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of electric equipment.
