NOVELTY - Manufacture of black polyester film involves physically regenerating (S110) a portion of the recycled polyester material and granulating to obtain several mechanically recycled polyester pellets, obtaining several chemically recycled polyester pellets by chemically regenerating the other portion of the recycled polyester material and granulating, and mixing (S120) the mechanically and chemically recycled polyester pellets with each other and melt-extruding. In the step of physically regenerating portion of the regenerated polyester material, a black additive is added to the regenerated polyester material so that the finally formed polyester film contains the black additive. In the step of chemical regeneration of the recycled polyester material, the amount of the chemically recycled electrostatically adhered polyester chips used in the several chemical recycled polyester pellets is 5-35 pts. wt. based on 100 pts. wt. of the total amount of the polyester pellets used. USE - Manufacture of black polyester film (claimed) used for printing film, packaging film, barrier film, curtain, light-shielding film, tape and label. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of the black polyester film with excellent degree of blackening effect by adding the black additive to the recycled polyester material in the physical regeneration process. Since there is no need to add additional virgin polyester chips and only small amount of virgin polyester chips is required, the amount of virgin polyester chips used can be significantly reduced and it can be environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacture of black polyester film involves physically regenerating a portion of the recycled polyester material and granulating to obtain several mechanically recycled polyester pellets, obtaining several chemically recycled polyester pellets by chemically regenerating the other portion of the recycled polyester material and granulating, in which the chemical recycled polyester pellets include a chemical recycled electrostatically adherent polyester chip that further comprises at least one electrostatic adhesive additive that is a metal salt, mixing the mechanically recycled polyester pellets and chemical recycled polyester pellets with each other and melt-extruding. In the step of physically regenerating portion of the regenerated polyester material, a black additive is added to the regenerated polyester material so that the finally formed polyester film contains the black additive. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for black polyester film, which comprises the mechanically recycled polyester resin formed from multiple mechanical recycled polyester pellets, and the chemical recycled polyester resin formed from several chemically recycled polyester pellets mixed with the mechanical recycled polyester resin. The several chemical recycled polyester pellets further include chemical recycled electrostatic adhesion polyester chip. The chemical recycled electrostatic adhesive polyester chip contains at least one of electrostatic adhesive additive. The electrostatic adhesive additive is metal salt. Based on the total weight of the black polyester film of 100 wt.%, the content of the electrostatic adhesive additive in the black polyester film is 0.005-0.1 wt.%. The black polyester film further contains black additive, and the black additive is dispersed in the mechanically recycled polyester resin.
