▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Functionalizable reduced graphene oxide (rGO) based nanocarrier is coated with poly(poly(ethylene glycol methacrylate)-co-(methyl methacrylate)-co-(l-pyrenemethacrylate)-co-(3-azidopropyl methacrylate))-graft-poly((hexyl methacrylate)-co-(dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate)-co-(trimethylaminoethyl methacrylate)) (PAMP-graft-PHDT) copolymer. USE - The rGO based nanocarrier is useful in drug-nanocarrier conjugates which is used in pharmaceutical composition as a drug for treating cancer (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanocarrier enables to carry a cargo molecule such as a drug and increases bioavailability of rGO. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) polymerization initiator of formula (II), suitable for use in the preparation of the PAMP-graft-PHDT polymer; and (2) rGO based nanocarrier and a therapeutic agent conjugated to the nanocarrier covalently with 7t-7t interaction or non-covalently with ionic interaction, drug-nanocarrier conjugates preferably comprising an antineoplastic agent and/or targeting molecule.
