▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The sensor has an inter-digital electrode coated with a gas-sensitive coating component that comprises 5-50 % oxidation zinc nano wire and 50-95 % graphene. The gas-sensitive coating component is made of zinc oxide nano wire-graphene composite material. The inter-digital electrode is located on a substrate. The substrate is made of silicon, polymer, ceramic or sapphire material. Gap is formed between a positive end and a negative end of the inter-digital electrode. Size of the gap is 100-500 microns. USE - Zinc-oxide nano wire-graphene gas sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor conveniently detects zinc-oxide nano wire-graphene gas using ammonia gas at room temperature with high stability, short response time, better gas selectivity and better high sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a zinc-oxide nano wire-graphene gas sensor manufacturing method. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a zinc-oxide nano wire-graphene gas sensor. '(Drawing includes non-English language text)'
