NOVELTY - Preparing porous graphene comprises (i) taking 1 g crystalline flake graphite in a crucible, adding concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric in the volume ratio of 3:1, stirring and oxidizing for 2-5 hours at 30-60 degrees C to obtain oxidized graphite, (ii) adding the graphite oxide in the crucible, micro waving for 3-8 seconds at 800-1000 W power in a microwave oven to obtain the porous graphene, (iii) placing in nitride, ammonia or air atmosphere cold plasma generating device, the gas flow rate is 1-5- l/minute at 10-40 W and nitrogen doping for 10-60 minutes. USE - The method is useful for preparing porous graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method consumes low energy, is easy to operate, environmentally-friendly. The product structure obtained has good stability and high nitrogen doping ability.
