▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Functionalized graphene and polymer composite materials preparation involves dispersing graphene in a solvent in a mass ratio of 0.0001-0.01:0.3 to obtain a graphene dispersion liquid, and then dissolving polymer in a solvent in a mass ratio of 0.1-1:10-20 to obtain a polymer solution. The graphene dispersion liquid and the polymer solution are mixed and stirred in a mass ratio of 0.1-1:5-30 to obtain graphene polymer mixed dispersion liquid. The sulfurization aid sulfur, tetramethyldithiothiuram, 2-mercaptobenzothiazole, zinc oxide, and stearic acid are added to the graphene polymer with stirring to obtain a mixture solution. The obtained mixture solution is removed to obtain a mixture solid. The solid mixture is cut into small particles and then dried for a period of time to obtain uncured raw materials. The unvulcanized raw material is subjected to static hot pressing to obtain the functional composite material. USE - Method for preparing functionalized graphene and polymer composite materials. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the functionalized graphene and polymer composite materials in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner with greatly improved heat conduction, conductivity, barrier and mechanical properties.
