NOVELTY - Multilayer damping sheet comprises inner layer and outer layer. The inner layer comprises 100 pts. wt. polyurethane and 5-10 pts. wt. molybdenum disulfide. The outer layer comprises 100 pts. wt. waste rubber powder, 10-20 pts. wt. polyolefin and 1-5 pts. wt. polyolefin modified flow agent. USE - The damping sheet is useful for waste rubber powder vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The damping sheet has wide temperature threshold, 55-65 degrees C effective damping temperature range. The inner layer has good synergistic effect by adding molybdenum disulfide and graphene, enhances the mechanical properties of the damping sheet, and improves the thermal stability, flame retarding performance and damping performance of the damping sheet. The outer layer improves the compatibility of polyolefin and waste rubber powder. Molybdenum disulfide enhances the mechanical properties of the polymer matrix and improves the thermal stability of the damping sheet. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of multilayer damping sheet, comprising (i) adding polyurethane, molybdenum disulfide, and graphene into a mixer for mixing and extruding, granulating and drying to obtain first particles, (ii) adding waste rubber powder, polyolefin, polyolefin modified flow agent, and molybdenum disulfide into a mixer for mixing and extruding, granulating and mixing to dry to obtain second particles, and (iii) adding first particles and second particles into the extruder for multi-layer co-extrusion.
