NOVELTY - A weather-proof modified-nylon 6 material comprises 100 pts. wt. nylon 6, 12-15 pts. wt. graphene, 8-10 pts. wt. polyoxyethylene ether, 20-23 pts. wt. silica, 4-6 pts. wt. turpentine, 3-4 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 3-4 pts. wt. zirconium silicate, 4-5 pts. wt. boron nitride, 14-18 pts. wt. polybutylene terephthalate, 6-9 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene, and 12-15 pts. wt. auxiliary agent. USE - Weather-proof modified-nylon 6 material is used for automobile plastic component. ADVANTAGE - The modified-nylon 6 material has excellent weather aging resistance, ozone aging resistance, heat resistance, high glossiness, chemical stability, and durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A weather-proof modified-nylon 6 material comprises 100 pts. wt. nylon 6, 12-15 pts. wt. graphene, 8-10 pts. wt. polyoxyethylene ether, 20-23 pts. wt. silica, 4-6 pts. wt. turpentine, 3-4 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 3-4 pts. wt. zirconium silicate, 4-5 pts. wt. boron nitride, 14-18 pts. wt. polybutylene terephthalate, 6-9 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene, and 12-15 pts. wt. auxiliary agent. The auxiliary agent is prepared by calcining 300-320 pts. wt. clay in calcining furnace at 710-740 degrees C for 3-4 hours, cooling, immersing in 10-12% hydrochloric acid solution for 1-2 hours, filtering, washing with water, drying, crushing to fine powder of 200-400 meshes, adding 3-4 pts. wt. sepiolite powder, 1-2 pts. wt. vermiculite powder, 14-16 pts. wt. 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate, 2-3 pts. wt. montmorillonite powder, 3-4 pts. wt. sodium carbonate, 4-5 pts. wt. sodium fluoride, 1-2 pts. wt. silver nitrate, 2.1-2.4 pts. wt. vanadium diboride, 1-2 pts. wt. clove oil, 1-2 pts. wt. aluminum-corundum powder, and 1-2 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH-550, grinding and dispersing uniformly.
