NOVELTY - Preparing graphene film composite comprises preparing graphene derivative solution, coating graphene derivative solution on selected substrate surface to form substrate composite, passing substrate composite through microwave heating zone at a set speed in a set atmosphere so that surface graphene derivative layer is converted to a graphene layer by microwave heating at a set time, leaving away substrate composite from microwave heating zone and cooling, then subjecting substrate complex to pressure processing to obtain graphene film composite with good electrical conductivity. USE - The method is useful for preparing the graphene film composite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: is convenient and quick; consumes less energy; and contributes to further development and application of graphene material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene film composite comprises firstly preparing graphene derivative solution, then coating graphene derivative solution on a selected substrate surface to form a substrate composite coated with a graphene derivative layer on its surface, then passing substrate composite through microwave heating zone at a set speed in a set atmosphere so that surface graphene derivative layer is converted to a graphene layer by microwave heating at a set time, leaving away substrate composite from microwave heating zone and cooling, then subjecting substrate complex to pressure processing to obtain graphene film composite with good electrical conductivity.
