▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Endothermic decomposition catalyst comprises carbon-based material that is configured to induce an endothermic reaction while the hydrocarbon-based fuel used in the aircraft is decomposed into substances of relatively low molecular weight. USE - The endothermic decomposition catalyst is useful for cooling an aircraft i.e. air-cooled cooling method and cryogenic fuel (liquid hydrogen, liquid methane). ADVANTAGE - The endothermic decomposition catalyst: absorbs surrounding heat through the decomposition reaction to cool; improves combustion characteristics of fuel; is capable of increasing the cooling efficiency of an aircraft; has excellent catalytic efficiency and is not easily destroyed or deformed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) cooling method comprising preparing an endothermic decomposition catalyst, decomposing hydrocarbon-based fuel into substances having relatively low molecular weight while contacting endothermic decomposition catalyst and absorbing heat generated from the internal combustion engine, and combusting the decomposed hydrocarbon-based fuel in an internal combustion engine; and (2) endothermic cooling device comprising carbon-based material configured to induce endothermic reaction while hydrocarbon-based fuel used in aircraft is decomposed into substances of relatively low molecular weight.
