▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An aptamer electrochemical sensor preparing method involves activating the screen printed carbon electrode, dispersing the graphene by using a solution of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate and ultrapure water at volume ratio of 1:1, modifying the graphene dispersion on the surface of screen printed carbon electrode and dried under infrared light to obtain graphene-modified screen printed carbon electrode. The nano-gold modified graphene/screen printed carbon electrode is prepared by electrodeposition method, and modified the aptamer modified with a thiol group at one end on the electrode surface by covalent bonding of gold and sulfur bonds to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing aptamer electrochemical sensor that is utilized for quantitative detection of bisphenol-A (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the aptamer electrochemical sensor with high sensitive, high efficiency and better actual application value in convenient and cost-effective manner.
