NOVELTY - Energy automotive epoxy grafted graphene topcoat comprises e.g. 10-14 pts. wt. graphene, 110-120 pts. wt. bisphenol A epoxy resin, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. dicyclohexylcarbodiimide, 3-4 pts. wt. acetyl tributyl citrate, 0.4-1 pts. wt. trimethylolpropane, 1-2 pts. wt. alkenyl succinic anhydride, 0.5-1 pts. wt. benzotriazole, 2-3 pts. wt. calcium stearate, 3-4 pts. wt. fumed silica, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. copper naphthenate, 0.8-1 pts. wt. sodium alkylbenzenesulfonate and 1-2 pts. wt. phthalate as component A, 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane and polyethylene glycol as component B. USE - Used as energy automotive epoxy grafted graphene topcoat. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Energy automotive epoxy grafted graphene topcoat comprises 10-14 pts. wt. graphene, 110-120 pts. wt. bisphenol A epoxy resin, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. dicyclohexylcarbodiimide, 3-4 pts. wt. acetyl tributyl citrate, 0.4-1 pts. wt. trimethylolpropane, 0.6-1 pts. wt. 8-hydroxyquinoline copper, 1-2 pts. wt. alkenyl succinic anhydride, 0.5-1 pts. wt. benzotriazole, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. tri-sulfated lead sulfate, 2-3 pts. wt. calcium stearate, 3-4 pts. wt. fumed silica, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. copper naphthenate, 0.8-1 pts. wt. sodium alkylbenzenesulfonate and 1-2 pts. wt. phthalate as component A, 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane and polyethylene glycol as component B in a mass ratio of 100-110:1-2, where mass ratio between components A and B is 10-12:1. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing energy automotive epoxy grafted graphene topcoat comprising mixing components A and B, stirring and spraying on the surface of automobile substrate, heating mixture at 100-110 degrees C for 1-2 hours and then curing at 140-150 degrees C for 4-5 hours and cooling.
