NOVELTY - Preparation method of graphene sulfur microcapsule composite material, involves (i) taking graphene oxide or modified graphene, dissolving in deionized water, stirring, ultrasonically processing to obtain aqueous solution, (ii) weighing sulfur, adding surfactant solution, stirring, adding graphene oxide or modified graphene solution, stirring uniformly, (iii) taking the mixture obtained in step (ii), filtering, performing solid-liquid separation through centrifugal process, separating solid, and drying to obtain graphene sulfur microcapsule composite material. USE - Preparation method of graphene sulfur microcapsule composite material. ADVANTAGE - The prepared graphene sulfur microcapsules have high purity, excellent thermal stability, high coating rate, and high use efficiency of sulfur and low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation method of graphene sulfur microcapsule composite material, involves (i) taking graphene oxide or modified graphene, dissolving in deionized water, stirring, ultrasonically processing to obtain aqueous solution with mass concentration of 0.01-5%, (ii) weighing sulfur according to mass ratio of sulfur and graphene oxide or modified graphene is 1000-20:1, adding surfactant solution, stirring for 30 minutes, then adding graphene oxide or modified graphene solution, stirring uniformly with stirring equipment, (iii) taking the mixture obtained in step (ii), filtering, performing solid-liquid separation through centrifugal process, separating solid, drying through air drying method, heat drying method, microwave drying method and/or low-temperature drying method, and obtaining graphene sulfur microcapsule composite material, or taking out the mixture obtained in step (ii), then treating with a spray drying method under stirring condition, to obtain graphene sulfur microcapsule composite.
