NOVELTY - The method for preparing thermoplastic polymer-based graphene embossed modified conductive composite material, involves (1) uniformly dispersing graphene in distilled water in mass ratio of 1:20-1:100, adding dispersant and toughening agent, ultrasonically dispersing for 2-8 hours, vacuum filtering, forming graphene paper film after compacting, (2) making parallel cuts on the surface using graphene paper film, applying tensile stress at both ends, forming graphene pull flower space grid, fixing the graphene pull flower in the casting mold, (3) heating the thermoplastic polymer material at 20-50 degrees C above the softening point, transforming into a fluid state, quickly pouring into the mold, cooling and curing to obtain final product. USE - Method for preparing thermoplastic polymer-based graphene embossed modified conductive composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and convenient preparation of highly continuous thermoplastic polymer-based graphene embossed modified conductive composite material with excellent electrical conductivity, excellent mechanical strength and rigidity.
