▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene toughened aluminum oxide/titanium (carbon, nitrogen) nano-composite ceramic tool material comprises 0.25-5 vol.% graphene, 5-50 vol.% titanium (carbon, nitrogen), 0.1-5 vol.% magnesium oxide, 0.5-5% vol.% yttrium oxide and remaining of aluminum oxide. The ceramic tool material is prepared by mixing raw materials and hot pressing sintering. The average particle diameter of aluminum oxide is 100-500 nm. The average particle diameter of titanium (carbon, nitrogen) is 50-500 nm. The average thickness of graphene is 0.34-50 nm. USE - Graphene toughened aluminum oxide/titanium (carbon, nitrogen) nano-composite ceramic tool material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nano-composite ceramic tool material has high processing quality and excellent wear characteristics.
