NOVELTY - Flame-retardant antistatic sponge comprises foaming white material and foaming black material; the foaming white material is prepared by mixing a precursor solution, a catalyst, and a self-made filler in a mass ratio of 30:1:2; the foaming black material is polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate; the self-made filler is prepared by mixing aniline hydrochloride, graphene oxide dispersion, plasma modified fiber and potassium persulfate solution; the precursor solution is prepared by reacting N,N-dimethylamide, 3,3',4,4'-benzophenone tetraacid dianhydride and anhydrous methanol; the catalyst is prepared by mixed reaction of hexahydrate triethylenediamine and dipropylene glycol. USE - Used as flame-retardant antistatic sponge. ADVANTAGE - The flame-retardant antistatic sponge: has improved mechanical properties, flame retardant and antistatic performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the flame-retardant antistatic sponge comprising mixing the precursor solution, the catalyst and the self-made filler in a mass ratio of 30:1:2 to obtain a foaming white material, using polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate as a foaming black material, quickly mixing foaming white material and the foaming black material in mass ratio of 5:1 at room temperature, using mechanical stirring at high speed for 30 seconds to make the slurry mix evenly, pouring the mixed foam slurry into the mold to foam freely, after foam stops growing, allowing to stand for 3 minutes to obtain the foam intermediate, adding the foam intermediate into a high-temperature oven preheated to 180°C for 2 hours to cure, finally, obtaining flame-retardant antistatic sponge.
