NOVELTY - Graphite is oxidized, to obtain graphite oxide which is then sieved. The graphite oxide remained on the sieve is dispersed in a solvent and graphite oxide in layer form is peeled, to obtain suspension liquid containing graphene oxide. The obtained suspension liquid is coated on a substrate and subjected to flow-spread application, to obtain flow-spread material which is then reduced to form graphene film. USE - Manufacture of graphene film used as preform of carbon material. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides graphene film of large area.
