▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of aqueous graphene conductive ink involves (S1) dispersing polystyrene microspheres in water, adding graphene oxide into polystyrene microspheres under a stirring state, stirring at room temperature, ultrasonically treating for 1-3 hours at ultrasonic frequency of 15-25 kHz, adding hydroiodic acid, heating at 80-100℃, reacting for 1-2 hours, suction filtering, washing, vacuum drying to obtain composite graphene particles (A), (S2) controlling the concentration of silver ions in the system by matching nickel dichloride and silver nitrate, mixing particles (A), reducing acetylene black, graphite and silver ions into silver nanowires which grow on the surfaces of silver nanowires to obtain conductive composite material (B), and (S3) mixing aqueous acrylic resin, material (B), ethylene glycol, sodium oleate, aqueous defoaming agent and deionized water. USE - Preparation of aqueous graphene conductive ink used for printing conductive point or conductive circuit in electronic device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides aqueous graphene conductive ink having high electroconductivity and excellent high temperature resistance.
