▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing high performance graphite by graphene oxide modified coal tar pitch, comprises e.g. (i) crushing the coal asphalt, adding graphene oxide solution into anhydrous ethanol solution to obtain dispersion liquid, ultrasonically strengthening the dispersion liquid and dispersing, adding crushed coal pitch, dispersed mixture and ball milling medium into the ball mill tank for ball milling, (ii) taking out material after ball milling in step (i) and drying to obtain graphene oxide modified coal tar pitch, (iii) adding graphene oxide-modified coal tar pitch into high-pressure reactor, heating high-pressure reactor, cooling to obtain low-temperature treated coke, (iv) crushing low-temperature treated coke obtained in step (iii), pressing and forming to obtain blank, (v) carrying out carbonization treatment on the blank after the press molding in step (iv) to obtain carbon products, (vi) graphitizing carbon product obtained in (v), keeping the temperature and cooling. USE - The method is useful for preparing high performance graphite by graphene oxide modified coal tar pitch. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple and convenient; and produces graphite which has low porosity, high density, high mechanical strength and high graphitization degree. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing high performance graphite by graphene oxide modified coal tar pitch, comprises (i) crushing the coal asphalt until the granularity of 60-200 meshes, then adding graphene oxide solution with concentration of 12.5 mg/ml into anhydrous ethanol solution to obtain dispersion liquid, then ultrasonically strengthening the dispersion liquid and dispersing, adding crushed coal pitch, dispersed mixture and ball milling medium into the ball mill tank in a material to ball milling medium ratio of 1:1 for ball milling and then ball milling for 8-60 hours, where the volume ratio between graphene oxide solution and absolute ethanol solution is 1:5-10, the weight of graphene oxide in the dispersion is 0.01-0.1 wt.% of the total weight of the dispersion liquid, (ii) taking out the material after ball milling in step (i) and drying at 40-100 degrees C for 24 hours to obtain graphene oxide modified coal tar pitch, (iii) adding graphene oxide-modified coal tar pitch prepared in step (ii) into the high-pressure reactor, then heating high-pressure reactor to 370-440 degrees C at a heating rate of 1-5 degrees C/minutes and keeping the temperature for 0.5-3 hours, keeping the pressure in the reaction kettle for 1-4 MPa and then cooling the reactor to room temperature to obtain low-temperature treated coke, (iv) crushing the low-temperature treated coke obtained in step (iii) to 1-10 mu m, then pressing and forming to obtain blank, (v) carrying out the carbonization treatment on the blank after the press molding in step (iv), and maintaining the temperature for 0.5-2 hours to obtain carbon products, the heating rate is 5-20 degrees C/hour, the final carbonization temperature is 850-1050 degrees C, (vi) graphitizing carbon product obtained in (v) under a graphitization temperature of 2300-2800 degrees C at a heating rate of 5-20 degrees C/minute, and keeping the temperature for 0.5-1 hour and cooling furnace to room temperature to obtain high-performance graphite.
