The positive electrode includes 97.5-98.5 pts. wt. positive active material, 0.5-1.0 pt. wt. conductive agent, 1.0-1.5 pts. wt. binder polyvinylidene fluoride. The positive active material comprises lithium-nickel-cobalt-manganese oxide (NCM811) and lithium manganate in a ratio of (7-8):3. USE - Soft-packaged lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The soft-packaged lithium ion battery has high energy density, low price, high safety performance, high capacity, long cycle life, excellent high temperature storage performance, and improved battery multiplying power performance and platform.
