NOVELTY - Modified polyester fiber product comprises cylindrical polyester fiber, graphene sheets inside and outside the polyester fiber and anti-skid net of polyvinyl chloride and polyurethane attached to the graphene sheet. USE - Used as modified polyester fiber product. ADVANTAGE - The fiber product has excellent flexibility and effectively avoids skidding. The method is simple. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the modified polyester fiber product, comprising (i) mixing polyvinyl chloride and polyurethane, where the ratio of polyvinyl chloride to polyurethane is 3:0.8-1.5, heating and stirring the polyvinyl chloride and polyurethane, heating at 120-130 degrees C, and stirring for 20-25 minutes, slowly cooling down the mixed solution of polyvinyl chloride and polyurethane to 88-92 degrees C, where the cooling rate is not higher than 1.5 degrees C/minute, and stirring during the cooling process to prepare non-slip layer material; (ii) preparing modified polyester fiber and inner anti-slip layer using a spinneret with a nozzle in the center of the micro-hole, spraying modified polyester fiber material from the micropores, spraying a mixed solution of polyvinyl chloride and polyurethane from the nozzle, where the jet speed of modified polyester fiber material is 0.5-0.7 m/minute, the spray speed of the mixed solution is 1.5-2.1 m/minute and the ratio of the fiber diameter of the modified fiber to the fiber diameter of the mixed solution is 3:0.6-0.9, adding rotating electrostatic field around the modified polyester fiber when spraying, making the modified polyester fiber always rotate clockwise or counterclockwise, where the rotation speed is 10-15 revolutions/minute, spraying, cooling, drying and straightening the modified polyester fiber; (iii) immersing the modified polyester fiber in the graphene sheet dispersion liquid, cooling and drying, and obtaining modified polyester fiber with graphene sheets attached both inside and outside; (iv) the preparation of the anti-skid layer of the outer layer i. providing a pair of nozzles that can revolve around the modified polyester fiber in reverse, making the modified polyester fiber uniformly pass through the center of revolution at the same time make the two nozzles rotate in reverse, spraying the mixed solution on the outer surface of the modified polyester fiber, making the fibers of the two mixed solutions interlace each other into a net, where the passing speed of the modified polyester fiber is 0.5-0.6 m/minute and the rotation speed of the nozzle is 8-12 revolutions/minute, cooling and drying, and obtaining modified polyester fiber with graphene sheets and non-slip net; and (v) weaving modified polyester fiber products.
