NOVELTY - A touch display device comprises a thin film transistor display module. The thin film transistor display module comprises a thin film transistor substrate and a color filter substrate which is arranged at interval with the thin film transistor substrate. The touch display device further comprises an electroconductive layer and a graphene layer which is connected with the electroconductive layer through a wire. The electroconductive layer is stacked on the surface of the thin film transistor substrate. The graphene layer is formed on the surface of the color filter substrate. USE - Touch display device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The touch display device has low thickness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of touch display device.
