▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Immunochromatographic test strip comprises strip for aflatoxin B1 and anti-carboxylated graphene oxide-labeled monoclonal antibody reagent. The immunochromatographic test strip contains cardboard (1), absorbent pad (2), test pad (3), sample pad (4), detection pad and nitrocellulose membrane base pad. The nitrocellulose membrane base pad is disposed with control line and test line. The control line is coated with rabbit anti-mouse polyclonal antibody. The test line is coated with aflatoxin B1-bovine serum albumin conjugate. USE - Immunochromatographic test strip for detecting aflatoxin B1 in sample (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The immunochromatographic test strip enables to detect aflatoxin B1 rapidly in cost-effective and simple manner, and has wide practical applications. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing immunochromatographic test strip, which involves: (A) preparing absorbent pad by cutting absorbent paper; (B) preparing detection pad coating by mixing aflatoxin B1-bovine serum albumin conjugate with buffer to obtain 0.6-1mg/mL coating; (C) applying coating at 5-10mm away from sample pad; (D) coating nitrocellulose membrane with 360-600ng aflatoxin B1-bovine serum albumin conjugate; (E) drying obtained material at 37 degrees C for 30-60 minutes; (F) preparing rabbit anti-mouse polyclonal antibody coating by mixing rabbit anti-mouse polyclonal antibody with buffer to obtain 0.5-0.7mg/mL coating; (G) applying coating at 8-12mm away from detection line; (H) spraying 300-420ng coating on nitrocellulose membrane on control line; (I) drying obtained material at 37 degrees C for 30-60 minutes; (J) preparing sample pad of glass fiber membrane; (K) soaking sample pad of glass fiber membrane in blocking solution; (L) drying obtained material at 37 degrees C for 4-6 hours; and (M) assembling cardboard, absorbent pad, test pad and sample pad in order by overlapping 1-3mm length on each other to obtain immunochromatographic test strip. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a side view of the immunochromatographic test strip. Cardboard (1) Absorbent pad (2) Test pad (3) Sample pad (4)
