NOVELTY - Method for preparing multi-dimensional composite super-hydrophobic coating, involves (a) taking PTFE, aqueous epoxy resin or phenolic resin, composite inorganic nanoparticles, excipient, additive and remaining of water, and adding PTFE, aqueous epoxy resin or aqueous phenolic resin, composite inorganic nanoparticles, excipient, additive and water batch, performing stirring process strongly, or ultrasonically oscillating to obtain modified multi-dimensional composite super-hydrophobic coating, where the addition of composite inorganic particles and solid additive are in the form of dispersion, and screening composite inorganic particles using sieve or adding in form of compressed gas as dispersant from nozzle, (b) modifying the modified multi-dimensional composite super-hydrophobic coating, leaving still for not greater than 10 hours, and filtering the coating with gauze or screen, (c) preparing multi-dimensional composite super hydrophobic coating, and (d) coating subsequent thermal processing. USE - Method for preparing multi-dimensional composite super-hydrophobic coating. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy to realize, and ensures mild reaction condition and excellent process repeatability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing multi-dimensional composite super-hydrophobic coating, involves (a) taking 10-30 wt.% PTFE, 20-40 wt.% aqueous epoxy resin or phenolic resin, 1-10 wt.% composite inorganic nanoparticles, 0.5-2 wt.% excipient, 2-10 wt.% additive and remaining of water, where the additive comprises dispersant, defoamer, thixotropic agent and pigment, and adding PTFE, aqueous epoxy resin or aqueous phenolic resin, composite inorganic nanoparticles, excipient, additive and water batch, performing stirring process strongly, or ultrasonically oscillating to obtain modified multi-dimensional composite super-hydrophobic coating, where the addition of composite inorganic particles and solid additive are in the form of dispersion, and screening composite inorganic particles using sieve or adding in form of compressed gas as dispersant from nozzle, (b) modifying the modified multi-dimensional composite super-hydrophobic coating, leaving still for not greater than 10 hours, and filtering the coating with gauze or screen, (c) preparing multi-dimensional composite super hydrophobic coating, and (d) coating subsequent thermal processing.
