NOVELTY - Thee-dimensional printing ceramic material comprises 50-75 pts. wt. low density polyethylene, 3-8 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-2.4 pts. wt. coupling agent, 4-8 pts. wt. plant protein, 2-3 pts. wt. cyclodextrin, 6-10 pts. wt. glycol, 0.6-1.2 pts. wt. nanosilicon dioxide, 4-8 pts. wt. ammonia water, 10-18 pts. wt. illites, 3-6 pts. wt. metal oxide, 1.5-3 pts. wt. bamboo fiber, 14-20 pts. wt. kieselguhr, 1.2-2 pts. wt. butyl hydroxy anisol and 0.8-1.5 pts. wt. calcium sulfate whisker. USE - Thee-dimensional printing ceramic material. ADVANTAGE - The material has wide raw material source, good product mechanical property and fluidity, and good use effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the three-dimensional printing ceramic material comprising adding nanosilica to 70-85% ethanol solution, adding strong acid, deionized water and butyl hydroxyanisole to ethanol solution, reacting under reflux at 50-60 degrees C for 6-8 hours, centrifuging, and drying solids; mixing vegetable protein, cyclodextrin, and ethylene glycol until they are completely dissolved to obtain first mixed solution; grinding graphene oxide, illite, metal oxide, diatomaceous earth, bamboo fiber and calcium sulfate whisker to 30-60 mesh powder; adding metal oxide powder and diatomaceous earth powder to ammonia water and stirring uniformly to obtain second mixed solution; heating low density polyethylene to molten state, adding first product, first mixed solution, second mixed solution, graphene oxide powder, coupling agent, illite powder, bamboo fiber powder, and calcium sulfate, and stirring whisker powder for 60-90 minutes at 360-450 revolutions/minute; and feeding into twin-screw extruder, and granulating at 135-180 revolutions/minute. The temperature of each section of twin-screw extruder comprises 130-145 degrees C for charging section, 145-160 degrees C for melting section, 160-165 degrees C for mixing section, 145-160 degrees C for exhaust section, and 135-145 degrees C for homogenization section.
