NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/metal composite film, comprises (a) immersing the long graphene film growth substrate in stock solution, carrying out reduction reaction, to obtain metal particle/graphene film/growth substrate composite film; (b) transferring the metal particles/graphene film from the metal particle/graphene film/growth substrate composite film into the target substrate. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/metal composite film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method greatly enhances the composite film square resistance stability over time.
