NOVELTY - The assembly has two symmetrically arranged energy saving devices (10) for clamping a fuel pipe of an engine, where the energy saving device comprises graphene shell (11), a magnet assembly set on one side of a shell graphene a quantum assembly disposed on the other side of the graphene shell and an oil distribution assembly associated with the quantum assembly. A connecting seat (20) is connected with the graphene shell. An upper protective cover (21) is clamped with a lower protective cover (22). A fixing seat is connected with the connecting seat, for fixing in a vehicle engine cabin. USE - Graphene super-material quantum energy-saving and emission-reducing system assembly for a fuel engine of a vehicle i.e. automobile. ADVANTAGE - The assembly has high fuel oil processing rate, and improves the property of the fluid, combustion efficiency of the fuel, and reduces engine carbon deposition.
