NOVELTY - Anti-static foaming material comprises 100 pts. wt. high melt strength polypropylene, 0.1-2 pts. wt. graphene, 5-15 pts. wt. foaming agent, 0.125-0.25 pts. wt. compatibilizer and 0.05-0.15 pts. wt. coupling agent. The high melt strength polypropylene includes e.g. melt index (190 degrees C/2.16 kg) of 1-10 g/minutes, molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of 6-20 and MZ + 1/Mn ratio of greater than or equal to 70. The foaming agent is azo foaming agent, nitroso foaming agent or hydrazide foaming agent. The compatibilizer is maleic anhydride graft-modified polypropylene. The coupling agent is e.g. vinylsilane. USE - Used as an anti-static foaming material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Anti-static foaming material comprises 100 pts. wt. high melt strength polypropylene, 0.1-2 pts. wt. graphene, 5-15 pts. wt. foaming agent, 0.125-0.25 pts. wt. compatibilizer and 0.05-0.15 pts. wt. coupling agent. The high melt strength polypropylene includes: (i) melt index (190 degrees C/2.16 kg) of 1-10 g/minutes; (ii) molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of 6-20; (iii) greater than or equal to 0.8 wt.% of molecules with molecular weight of greater than 500 thousand; and (iv) MZ + 1/Mn ratio of greater than or equal to 70. The particle diameter range of graphene is 100-500 nm and thickness is 2-10 nm. The foaming agent is azo foaming agent, nitroso foaming agent or hydrazide foaming agent. The compatibilizer is maleic anhydride graft-modified polypropylene. The coupling agent is vinylsilane, phenylsulfonyl titanate (sic) or hydramine fatty acid titanate (sic). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the anti-static foaming material comprising melt blending components as mentioned above, molding, and foaming to obtain the anti-static foaming material.
