▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The absorber has a silicon carbide crystal substrate e.g. 4-hydrogen-silicon carbide crystal substrate and 6-hydrogen-silicon carbide crystal substrate, whose surface is mounted on a graphene layer. The graphene layer is formed in a graphene growth surface. The silicon carbide crystal substrate is provided with a spherical surface to perform grinding and polishing process. A side surface of the silicon carbode crystal substrate is fixed with a mechanical clamp. Two ends of the medical clamp are formed with a left circular light through hole. USE - Saturable absorber for a passive mode-locking optical fiber laser. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a sectional view of a saturable absorber.
