NOVELTY - Imaging production of one-dimensional carbon nanotube and three-dimensional graphene composite material comprises patterning growth substrate, soaking in 2-10 wt.% hydrofluoric acid solution, taking out, ultrasonically processing using anhydrous ethanol and deionized water for 5-10 minutes, drying, magnetic control sputtering to deposit catalyst on surface, etching, growing in microwave chemical vapor deposition reaction furnace at 200-60 degrees C for 10-60 minutes, cooling, coating layer of flexible material to thickness of 50-100 mu m, drying and stripping. USE - Method for imaging production of one-dimensional carbon nanotube and three-dimensional graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem about complex procedure of traditional technique.
