NOVELTY - Preparing thick graphene heat dissipation film using wire mesh, comprises (i) dispersing graphite oxide with polar solvent to obtain uniform graphene oxide slurry, (ii) vacuuming and degassing the graphene oxide slurry prepared in step (i) until there are no more than 100 bubbles per square meter, and the bubble diameter is no more than 0.5 mm, (iii) pouring the graphene oxide slurry prepared in step (ii) into the screen frame, coating with a doctor blade using the screen in the screen frame as the coating substrate, controlling the thickness of the graphene oxide film by adjusting the height of the doctor blade, where the thickness of the graphene oxide film is 0.2-50 mm, (iv) drying the screen frame with graphene oxide film prepared in step (iii), (v) stripping the graphene oxide film prepared in step (iv) from the screen frame, sequentially carbonizing the graphene oxide film, graphitizing and rolling to obtain thick graphene heat dissipation film. USE - The method is useful for preparing thick graphene heat dissipation film using wire mesh. ADVANTAGE - The method: has simpler operation, less energy consumption, easy batch production; and can directly prepare thick graphene films.
