DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing molybdenum disulfide/reduced graphene oxide-carbon nitride composite material comprises (i) taking natural crystalline flake graphite as raw material, using Hummers method to oxidizing to obtain graphite oxide; (ii) adding graphite oxide into de-ionized water, ultrasonically dispersing, adding melamine, ultrasonic dissolving to form colloidal solution, where the mass ratio of graphite oxide, deionized water, and melamine is 30-50 mg: 10-20 ml: 17-37 mg, transferring the colloidal solution into polytetrafluoroethylene liner reaction kettle, incubating at 100- 140 degrees C for 4-8 hours, cooling to room temperature, freezing and drying to obtain the black substance, transferring black substance into porcelain boat, transferring to a temperature programmed tube furnace, carrying calcination under the protection of inert gas for 1-4 hours, naturally cooling to the room temperature, and taking taken to obtain reduced graphene oxide-carbonitride (rGO-CN); and (iii) adding reduced graphene oxide-carbonitride (rGO-CN) and ammonium tetrathiomolybdate into N,N-dimethylformamide, ultrasonically dispersing, transferring into polytetrafluoroethylene liner reaction kettle, where the volume ratio of ammonium tetrathiomolybdate, reduced graphene oxide-carbonitride and N,N-dimethylformamide is 1-7 mg: 1-5 mg: 10-20 ml, incubating at 160-220 degrees C for 6-14 hours, cooling to room temperature, centrifuging to obtain precipitate, washing precipitate with de-ionized water for many times, finally freezing and drying to obtain molybdenum disulfide/reduced graphene oxide-carbon nitride composite material (MoS2/rGO-CN). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for molybdenum disulfide/reduced graphene oxide-carbon nitride composite material prepared by above mentioned method.
