▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-loaded high-corrosion nano-polyaniline microspheres, comprises (1) adding anionic surfactant doped acid into deionized water in sequence, and mixing to obtain aqueous phase component 1, (2) adding aniline into ethylbenzene, and mixing to obtain oil phase component 2, (3) gradually adding the oil phase component 2 into the aqueous phase component 1, and ultrasonically mixing to obtain a mixed solution, and (4) adding dispersed nano-graphene sheets into the mixed solution, continuously stirring, adding a composite initiator to initiate the reaction, centrifuging, washing and drying the product to obtain the graphene-loaded polyaniline nanospheres, where the polyaniline sphere has superhydrophobic surface, graphene loaded in the cavity, and nano-spherical particles. USE - The graphene-loaded high-corrosion nano-polyaniline microspheres is useful in the preparation of high anti-corrosion polyaniline-organic coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high anti-corrosion nano polyaniline microspheres delays moisture penetration through the super-hydrophobic surface, and can superimpose multiple corrosion protection effects on passive metals. The method uses high conductivity of graphene to greatly enhance the ability of polyaniline to induce metal passivation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: graphene-loaded high-corrosion nano-polyaniline microspheres; and high anti-corrosion polyaniline-organic coating.
