NOVELTY - Graphene reinforced silicon thermally conductive material comprises 15-35 pts. wt. silicone resin, 25-55 pts. wt. heat conducting material, 1-7 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1-2 pts. wt. platinum catalyst, 0.1-2 pts. wt. silicone, 3-11 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1-5 pts. wt. flame retardant and 0-3 pts. wt. release agent. It is prepared by sealing thermal agent in sealed reaction chamber, heating, adding coupling agent, cooling to room temperature, adding balance raw materials, mixing for 0.5-1 hour, drying under vacuum, mixing, drying for 5 minutes at 180-220 degrees C, and adding catalyst and silicone. USE - Graphene reinforced silicon thermally conductive material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene reinforced silicon thermally conductive material has high compatibility, and high quality.
