NOVELTY - Graphene carbon fiber pre-oxidation device includes box component (1), where top of box component is provided with box cover (5) which is further provided with hot gas inlet pipe (6); hot gas outlet pipe is provided on one side of hot gas inlet pipe and both penetrates box cover; box component is provided with support box (3); sealing device is provided with front of support box which contacts box component; baffles (9) are provided on both sides of support box; top of baffle is provided with multiple threaded holes (12), support box is provided with pressing device (10) under both sides; box are arranged inside multiple second electric telescopic rod, where output end of second electric telescopic rod is provided with wire guide wheel, and bottom of box cover is provided with two partition, where first heating zone, second heating zone and third heating zone are divided by partition from left to right below box cover. USE - Graphene carbon fiber pre-oxidation device. ADVANTAGE - The graphene carbon fiber pre-oxidation device helps in increasing utilization efficiency of hot air; is more energy-saving and environment friendly; is more conveniently placed graphene precursor on support box, which is more convenient to use and simple to operate; reduces difficulty of operation, and increases pre-oxidation speed of graphene carbon fiber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for pre-oxygenation of graphene carbon fiber pre-oxygenation device, which involves: (A) pulling support box through handle slot, and then passing graphene carbon fiber precursor through thread passing device at both ends of support box, gliding along wire guide wheel, connecting external hot gas source through hot gas inlet pipe, where hot gas enters first heating zone, and then air flows to second heating zone, and third heating zone; and (B) heating by starting second electric telescopic rod, jacking up thread guide wheel, changing height of original thread inside box, and correcting graphite olefinic carbon fiber precursor, which is heated, and pre-oxidized.
