▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The self-emissive organic light emitting device (100) comprises a transparent substrate (10), a first electrode (30) that is disposed on the transparent substrate and includes graphene, a second electrode (70) disposed on the transparent substrate and separated apart from the first electrode, an organic layer (50) that is interposed between the first and second electrodes and comprises an emission layer, a hole injection layer and a hole transport layer disposed between the first electrode and the emission layer, and an electron injection layer. USE - Used as a self-emissive organic light emitting device. ADVANTAGE - The self-emissive organic light emitting device has improved light extraction efficiency, flexibility and lifespan, and suppresses the leakage of light. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The self-emissive organic light emitting device (100) comprises a transparent substrate (10), a first electrode (30) that is disposed on the transparent substrate and includes graphene, a second electrode (70) disposed on the transparent substrate and separated apart from the first electrode, an organic layer (50) that is interposed between the first and second electrodes and comprises an emission layer, a hole injection layer and a hole transport layer disposed between the first electrode and the emission layer, and an electron injection layer, an electron transport layer and a hole blocking layer disposed between the emission layer and the second electrode. The first electrode has a thickness of 0.35-5 nm, a visible light transparency of 70-99%, and flexibility.
