ADVANTAGE - The perfluorosulfonic acid ion exchange membrane with high proton conduction has high dimensional stability, scientific preparation method, reasonable reasonable design, simple and easy implementation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a perfluorosulfonic acid ion exchange membrane with high proton conduction, which involves: (A) mixing sulfonated graphene and the perfluorosulfonic acid resin in proportion, performing melt extrusion through a twin-screw extruder, and obtaining a perfluorosulfonic acid resin masterbatch doped with sulfonated graphene after pelletizing; (B) mixing sulfonated graphene-doped perfluorosulfonic acid resin masterbatch with perfluorosulfonic acid resin in proportion, and then melt-extruding it into a film through a twin-screw extruder to obtain sulfonated graphene-doped perfluorosulfonic acid film; (C) soaking sulfonated graphene-doped perfluorosulfonic acid membrane in sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide solution to obtain sodium or potassium perfluorosulfonated graphene doped sulfonic acid membrane; and (D) soaking sodium or potassium perfluorosulfonic acid membrane doped with sulfonated graphene in an acid solution, and rinsing it with deionized water to obtain final product.
